"I had a very horrible experience at first. I had paid for the expensive room for the apartment experience. When I stopped in to retrieve my room keys for my children myself the kind gentleman Stanley states the elevator is out and it's 6th floor. He said it was the only floor with this Floorplan. For what we paid we decided to give it a shot. After walking up 4 floors on the wrong side, we finally trudged to the 6th floor to a tiny cramped room I could barely turn around in. "Dirty and room smelled like a dirty wet dog. Carpet torn. Poorly patched walls. Feet even stuck to the carpet. Not a 9.2 property!"

"Breakfast was good. Parking was safe. Bed and shower were good. No sitting area in huge room. One desk chair, not comfortable ,no other seating area with plenty of empty space to fill. Several pieces of seating in lobby. I should have asked to pull a couple of those into room. Staff was real nice and courteous. "

"This property is wonderful except that the mirrors in the bathrooms are placed way too high so high you can barely see your whole head in the mirror. I have stayed in this motel multiple times in different rooms and they all seem to have the same issue. It is truly a hugh inconvenience when trying to get ready in the morning, so much so that I will look for another place to stay from now on while passing through the area. "Nothing worked! Door to parking lot key access would not work door had to be propped open. Tv in first room did not work nor did the air conditioner. Moved to another room which I didn’t notice had a queen bed which my husband is tall and always sleeps in a king. There the tv by the bed didn’t work either so no tv in bed.
