"Our only criticism is that the key operating the lights wasnt explained and we locked ourselves out without realising. For help there was only a phone number on the closed reception door and not having means to phone with a uk mobile we had to go out and find someone to call the number only to find the manager was on site. Why was this not on the closed reception door! In the room the hall light switch could not be reached when the key fob was pushed into the holder to operate the electrics - bad design"

"Beautiful and central location. Food is wonderful, although lounge at front entrance could be better as really only provided carmel bars and no coffee. Suggest you grab something to eat before arriving as no room service and dinner wasn't until 7pm. Grounds are magnificent. It wasn't the 5 star experience you pay for but definitely a beautiful relaxing place to stay!"
