"I want to be fair about my experience. I did find a bed bug in my room. Fortunately it was on the top cover, but it was still concerning. To their credit, the staff responded quickly and immediately moved me to another room. I had clothes laid out after my shower, and the attendant put them directly into the dryer on high heat to make sure they were safe, which I appreciated. "We were surprised that the exterior doors were not locked and open to any non guests also that there was not a sliding lock on the interior side of the room door, so even though we did see cameras everywhere, we did not feel as safe as other motel/hotels we stay in."

"It was absolutely disgusting. Half the hotel was torn apart. There was exposed insulation and wires. At one point during the night saw a mouse run across the room. The bathtub was still dirty. Some ceiling tiles were missing. I feel like this property should be shut down and completely torn down. It is NOT safe!"
