"The hotel is in a great location beautiful, however, for what you pay I feel you should not have to pay for parking but you do. I did eat in the Shed Restaurant but the costumer service when I first got there wasn’t good but the waitress was amazing. Would I stay there again yes I would. The location is great"

"The hotel was clean and the staff very professional and helpful. Beds were comfortable our only complaint was about the bed pillows. They were just not comfortable. We asked for additional pillows but they weren’t any better. The breakfast was great: convenient, available and tasty. Coffee available 24/7 and freshly baked cookies in the lobby. "This is a lovely hotel. It is very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are several restaurants and retail shops nearby. In addition, the lightrail is a couple of blocks away. I hope to stay here again on our next visit to Seattle."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had ants, which was unacceptable and made the entire experience uncomfortable. The shower was another major issue — there were no instructions on how to operate it, and despite trying everything, I could not get it to work properly. The gym was also poorly maintained, with broken equipment that should have been repaired or removed. "Rooms were acceptably clean. The shower would not drain so the desk sent a tech over to address the problem which he did and fixed the issue. Everything about the stay was ok. Nothing exceptional, nothing bad. It was the most typical and normal hotel stay possible. 3 stars."

"Lovely Hotel - Helpful Staff. But room had sound issues - paper thin walls; flimsy bathroom doors (lack of privacy), extra loud A/C. Add to that the person experiencing a mental health challenge yelling loudly at 7:00am (on a weekend) in the alley outback. Had trouble checking-in due to cars stacking up out front awaiting valet. And a "private event" in the Bar that first evening - Isn't there a room for that? And somebody on staff wears way too much perfume. Probably one and done."

Lots of international travelers in the building and that alone provides a different level of smell and aroma throughout. Breakfast was nice and very diverse on most mornings, offering a good selection to meet the wide range of traveler tastes. "From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be a unique (in the best way) experience. There is no grand entrance or elaborate lobby, but the building itself is impressive and fits naturally into its park setting. The location does mean there are no restaurants or conveniences within walking distance. They make up for that lack with ample trails to get your heartbeat up.
