"The room wasn’t very clean. The breakfast had few choices and even the ones offered, were empty. The garbage bin was overflowing. Instead of napkins, some brown, hard paper towels were offered (the kids you would use in a bathroom to dry your hands). The staff wasn’t around to take care of it and when called, it took too long to make more eggs."

Sheets were rough, mattress was lumpy, towels were very small. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Water pressure was low. There’s a leak somewhere in the bathroom so floor was wet. Check-in staff was fine, check-out staff avoided eye contact and ignored me. "
