I was told I could purchase coffee by front desk staff since she didn’t know anything about the room coffee makers (cafe wasn’t open, she said she’d just make it). "#1 pool was closed and green enough you could barely see the steps. #2 no idea what the wifi password was for the wifi. #3 Killed 3 cockroaches in my room and saw 3 more. #4 tub, toilet, walls, door were all dirty. The door looked as if it was kicked in before. "This place was a total sleaze bag motel! It’s right off the freeway looks run down and the parking lot was empty except for the two women sitting in a black car with blacked out windows. The attendant wasn’t even in the office came running over and got us in our room. The women in the black car tracking us the entire time. We didn’t stay long as we were headed out to a concert. Got a call from the attendant saying she needed to get my credit card and then a call back saying she found it and it...

"Room was overall clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was in a safe location. The complaints: expensive for what all was lacking in the room. The shower water temp indicators were backwards; the cold water indicator was actually hot water and vice versa. All of the fixtures in the room were rusty. The free breakfast buffet was not great but I guess I can’t complain for it being free. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price."

"I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got...
