"Reserved room not available making 2am check in a real pain. Was given 2x1 bed appt instead of a single 2 bed appt. Sorted in the end, but hotel not very proactive. Apartment was lovely but would have benefitted from a more thorough cleaning effort. Lovely area to live in for a few days."

"Love the hotel's location close to old dubai and gold souk. Nice view of the city and staff is very friendly. Only downside this seems to be a business oriented hotel rather than family or friends vacation type hotel. The security and privacy is too high, if your rooms are in different floors you have to ask security to let you access other floors that are not your own."
