"Very clean"

"When someone books a room and pays for it, we expect a room to be available. Upon arrival we were told no room was available they had over booked. Still waiting on a refund a week later. "

"Booked for a night stay after a concert in Starkville. Easy access right off highway. Staff friendly and room spacious. Continental breakfast was great and the staff made sure there was plenty of hot food. "

"The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Greeted us upon entry and exiting. The breakfast was hot, basic, but not really satisfying. The hotel was fairly clean but the carpet has an odor and the furniture could use a good cleaning and just routine maintenance on the windows coverings too. In the hallway there are scent sprayers that smell fine, but the scent only goes 6 or 7 feet from the sprayer then it's back to the dirty carpet smell. I've stayed at a Hyatt hotel before and this one is not a best one. The location is fantastic with lots of eateries and shopping all around, however, a bit more care is needed to bring this hotel up to standard."

"The room was great and very roomy. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had buffet style setting. Eggs potatoes bacon sausage bread gravy cereal waffles juice. The air conditioner worker great"

"Roaches. Hair in the tub. Window unit that kept shutting off and had hair caked around side of contr panel. Continental breakfast included no protein. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Not sure where the glowing reviews came from. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star was front desk staff was nice. And I've stayed in worse--straw mattress on the floor, hole in the floor for communal bathroom with wash bucket for toilet paper in 1971. Ah, the good old days"

"Clean room"

"The room itself was clean, the AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The TV worked without issue. Our main issue was that check in is at 2PM. We arrived after driving for the better part of the day to find that the room would not be ready for another hour. We were there to attend an event and it made us late trying to get everything done. The clientele at this location are not that great, and by that I mean there was loud music, drunks, and a fight. "

"We visited during a fully booked weekend and our room was ready upon arrival. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, getting the long line checked in very quickly. Room was perfectly clean, very quiet and beds were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping and kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful when we interacted. Would definitely stay here again."
