"Staff was rude and impatient. My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone. You couldn't understand what she was saying because her English wasn't understandable. So we went downstairs to let her know...

But ask for a room on the back of the building find you don’t want to hear the highway traffic all night. Room was clean, room was spacious as was the bathroom. Fridge is small, but microwave was very handy. "
