"Excellent stay excellent staff"

"We really appreciated the tasty, hot breakfast. But more than that, we appreciated the airport shuttle service."

"My room was very nice; love the fact they allow pets (though I did not have mine with me); love the breakfast provided (a lot of variety) including a coffee bar and waffle station. Had some difficulty with lighting in the room as some switches appeared to not work (never did figure out how to turn the lights next to the headboard on. Very clean room though the carpet it the halls could use a shampoo. Staff was friendly and helpful - though apologizing for interrupting the desk clerks break...

"I was unimpressed with the overall cleanliness. The furniture in the lobby was dirty/stained. I had to clean the bottom of the iron in the room before I could use it. I anticipated usb plugs in the rooms and there were none. The staff was friendly."

"Very good hotel, there is only more modernity on TV."

"I walked in to this hotel with the clerk and a customer screaming at each other. Fast forward a few days a clerk got upset because we needed to extend our stay and we asked for housekeeping to come. If you are staying to go to and from the hospital make a different choice. They also charged two nights extended stay without my permission. I am waiting for the charge to drop of my account. They frankly made a stressful situation worse. I would NOT recommend. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel before but never with just a king bed. It said that it would fit 5 people. I even called the front desk to confirm how it would sleep 5. They said it had a king bed, a full pullout trundle and someone could sleep on the couch. It’s a good thing we didn’t have 5 people because it only has a twin pullout and the couch would only be comfortable for a little kid to sleep on. There were also only two bath towels in the room. "

"Kitchen was great. Breakfast was good! Only issue was I paid in full over 4 months ago for my stay but on my second day there I was charged a random $500 charge again on my card. The staff working when I noticed it was great and said he refunded it however there is no explanation as to why it happened. I am still waiting for the refund to process to my credit card."

"We liked the location. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. We were disappointed that the hot tub was broken."

"The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition."
