I booked the hotel 8pm and went there 820pm, the staff told me i have to wait 30 minutes to check in because i book via expedia even though she can see my booking. It was horrible to wait 30 minutes after driving 12 hours especially when she can see my booking, she was just rude

Service was friendly. Hot buffet breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable. The water bottle with candy was a very nice touch. Wasn't sure about if the car outside was safe as I saw homeless walking around outside but rhey assured me that it was safe because there are cameras and people on-site to watch.

Good, attentive staff. Very clean rooms and spacious. Property located next to high traffic, noisy area, but that's to be expected. I appreciate the extra security at night, using the intercom to enter the building.

Great multi-level hotel in the downtown area of the city. The hotel is equipped with 3 convenient elevators, plenty of parking and a courtesy shuttle. The staff was amazing - ALL OF THEM! Every team member was able to give recommendations for restaurants or entertainment. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was fine except for one minor detail. When opening the bathroom door it hits the toilet. The toilet was not installed properly. It is about 3 inches away from the wall. It should have been installed against the wall.
