"The staff were so amazingly nice and polite. The facility was maintained so well and everything was nice and clean. The only thing negative I would say about our stay was a couple spots in the room where there was exposed carpet tack. One spot between rooms and one spot at the door as you enter the room. We noticed it and tried to avoid stepping on it but our youngest daughter accidentally stepped on it and hurt herself. Other than that we had great time and will definitely be coming...

Overall not the best stay I’ve had, I will say the beds were very nice and comfy but that’s about all this place had going for it. For the price I will definitely not be going there again, there’s cheaper places in the area that feel way more like home"

"Part of this hotel is apparently used as low income housing and that was the wing that I was put in. Most of the amenities listed in the booking were not in the room and there was no TV remote. The staff were very helpful trying to get the room in order but I eventually was moved to the other wing after discovering my room had no curtains other than sheers. Stay here at your own risk."

"This may sound weird but they had great wifi and my husband was able to hook up his xbox. After a long travel work week it was nice for him to be able to set up his console and shut his brain off. The other hotel we stayed at did not have the option so this was a surprise. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities close by and nice and quiet even though there were a lot of guests. And I really appreciated their activity board that let us know places to go and things to do in the area. All...

"We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Idaho Falls. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. We specifically booked a room overlooking the Snake River and the Idaho Falls Temple, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect way to end a meaningful family trip through Alberta, and my parents loved waking up to such a peaceful setting. The location is fantastic, with an easy walk along the river...
