"The room was clean. The staff at the reception were friendly and did all they can do to make sure that’ll your requests are attended to. The breakfast, though basic was enough to start your day on a positive note: scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, tea, coffee, fresh fruits, juices, waffles, hash browns, muffins, toasts, bagels etc. The place is walking distance to downtown & several restaurants. Would recommend the wings @ Gabriel Gate’s. Give Best Western 10 out of ten."

"The major pros : location - steps from Allentown gay village . Free outdoor parking . Charming hotel reminds me of being in an old fashioned movie. If you want modern etc don’t book here but if you’re after charm go for it. This hotel is kind of like an old apartment building but it’s a place to sleep and recoup."

"No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again."

"Everything's awesome. I love how the interior is so chic while it is a renovated house. It has everything we need for traveling. The common room has collections of books, kitchen utensils and comfy ambience. The staffs are very helpful and kind. Thank you!!"

"Had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn University in Buffalo. The location was very convenient for our personal needs with plenty of outside parking. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
