"The manager Mr.Patel was very nice to me and my family allowing me to eat in the dining area after hours with my grandson . The whole team was great! I will stay hear again very close to restaurants as well."

"Rooms were clean and functional. Reserved a 2 bed room and got 1 small bed. Not even a king size for for taking a bed away. This is the third IHG reservation where they did not honor the reservation and I got downsized for the same price. Looking else but facilities were ok at this hotel and staff was very nice."

"Gross and disgusting room. First room smelled of weed and had a CBD cartridge in the drawer. The bedbug cover was torn and stained; underneath had small black specs. We were offered a second room which, upon entering smelled strongly of bleach and other cleaning supplies. I inspected the beds to which I found large, brownish, red stains and splotches all over the underskirt. We were offered a third room and declined, nauseated by what we saw. Asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one...

"Stay was comfortable. Front desk staff not very pleasant. Breakfast was okay, not much of a variety. Breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. Self parking was fine. "

"Property was updated and clean, staff was extremely friendly. The location to UDelaware was very convenient. Room was very spacious, however, the placement of the bathroom with a frosted door is not ideal. If the room is dark, turning on the bathroom light than lights up the area by the beds."

"a roach was walking on the nightstand, another walking up the bathroom wall. shower curtain rod was damaged & hanging badly, toilet was cracked & had sort-of been patched but was leaking on the floor. coffeemaker had previously used grounds still in it. several men pacing around outside in the dark. the remodel was nice but not enough & didn't feel safe."
