"It’s a no frills stay. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but sufficed. The sheets were rather rough and the top cover was super thin. We mostly chose to stay here because it was relatively cheap compared to the other resorts and we wanted the park shuttle service. One annoying thing was when we went to check out, they claimed we had purchased WiFi for nearly $30 on a day we weren’t even checked in for. Thankfully they waived it "

"My stay at the Hampton Inn Orlando International Drive/Convention Center was super. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I appreciate Kayla for helping us extend our stay to coincide with our return flight home. I will definitely be back again...hopefully next year. Although there was one gentleman at the front desk who was unprofessional and less accommodating...his attitude and demeanor towards our situation was condescending and quite rude.
