From roaches crawling on the walls, filthy stained bedding and towels, toenails on the floor, hair everywhere, stained chairs and couches that looked like rejects from an adult film set, to the computerized staff (computer screen that you talk to and interact with to check in and for any other needs) that had no empathy and offered no help at all.
