"Great place"

"The linen and bath towels service was poor, we spent 4 nights and had to go every day to the front desk to replenish clean towels, trash liners. The pool was filthy with trash paper and dead leaves submerged in the water, The continental breakfast was limited to cold Egg and bread every single day, no fruits or choice of protein, Kitchen staff seen wiping counters and replacing condiments. Unsatisfied with general service at this hotel."

"I made the reservation and the host charge my credit card and never received the instructions to enter the property and never have unit number and expedia told me that if I cancel there’s no refund and i have to call American Express to dispute the transaction"

"I literally come here every time I need to stay in Broward FL. The team is amazing so helpful, quick to get situated, and welcoming. 10/10 close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, CVS, Wawa, etc 10/10 for me"

"Didn’t like it at all. The place is a DUMP. Some of the people staying were the sketchy kind. Some guests were super loud, talking and playing music late at night. Only stayed a night due to the proximity to the airport. Would not stay there again even if it was free."

"This property is old(er). They do a good job of keeping it clean. The carpets in hallway and rooms are old and worn. This room had an adequate TV size. shower pressure was good and had Hot water. Not always the case at this level. Memorial Day afternoon the pool had no towels and none were replenished for Tuesday?"

"The carpet in my room was so dirty my colored socks actually turned completely black. The TV did not work and they had to switch it then the new remote did not work and they had to switch that. The room phone never worked so I could only contact them through my cell. The property had garbage on the ground by the trash can from Friday when I checked in till Sunday when I checked out. The pool only had 4 lounge chairs for the whole property but apparently no one uses the pool either way. I stayed...

"The room and hotel itself were gross. Every time they cleaned the room they didn’t restock supplies would take all the towels and each day we’d have to ask for towels. Didn’t replace toilet paper, the carpet is stained the curtains are stained the water pressure is awful. Would not recommend"
