"This hotel is our favorite when we stay in Colonial Heights. The staff is friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The room was spotless inside and the hallway was immaculate. The outside is well maintained. The only comment that is negative was that you pay to park there which just started. I was disappointed to have an additional charge of parking. I think if you choose to stay in a hotel over all the others it should be a no brainer not to charge to park your vehicle. It was...

"The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was an extra charge on my card along with the security payment. I am still waiting on that refund. They did give me a free stay because of the bathroom."

"One of the nastiest places I have ever stayed in my life shower was broken, the entrance door you can barely open it. No bathroom amenities no shower gel. The area is very sketchy crackers at every corner. For $85 a night you expect basic stuff from my room this place doesn’t even offer minimum."

"As other reviewers mentioned, hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a great selection - better than at other hotels in this price range. My only issues were that the bathtub was very slippery and my young daughter slipped and fell getting into the shower and injured herself.
