"This hotel is our favorite when we stay in Colonial Heights. The staff is friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The room was spotless inside and the hallway was immaculate. The outside is well maintained. The only comment that is negative was that you pay to park there which just started. I was disappointed to have an additional charge of parking. "I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. The hotel lobby smelled wonderfully and was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful. "The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was an extra charge on my card along with the security payment. I am still waiting on that refund. They did give me a free stay because of the bathroom."

"One of the nastiest places I have ever stayed in my life shower was broken, the entrance door you can barely open it. No bathroom amenities no shower gel. The area is very sketchy crackers at every corner. For $85 a night you expect basic stuff from my room this place doesn’t even offer minimum."

The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line....

"Overall pretty clean. My main complaints are about staff and amenities. Any time I went to the front desk, no one was there. Even in the middle of the day, no one was ever at the counter. The vending machines didn’t work and there was no continental breakfast even though they had a kitchen area in the lobby. It was just kept closed. The entire property also smelled highly of marijuana and cigarettes. So bad that it gave me a headache and we stayed in a non-smoking room"
