"Good place"

"For the most part everything was fine except they put us in a handicapped room for some reason even though such a room wasn't requested. I should have complained right away but didn't, my bad. The other issue we had was the internet/wi-fi. I was unable to connect by following the instructions on the tv so I called the number listed but they were unable to help so the agent provided another contact number which wasn't operational. As a last resort I called the front desk and they sent someone...

"Prepaid room was apparently not available to us when we checked in....even though they already had our money. We were told that the type of room we paid for thru their website does not even exist at their site, which we later found out to be false. "The fact that its a studio with a kitchen is a plus! Whats also a plus is that seeing that its a kitchen included the fact that its super clean with no roaches or bugs or grime or mess is a super plus. "Clean room and very friendly and supportive staff"

"Great place. Quiet and comfortable. Clean."

"The only drawbacks were the placement of the toliet paper and we couldn't keep the temperature consistent. But other than that it was great and the breakfasts were great."

"Well maintained, friendly staff, good breakfast. Convenient to restaurants plus the meeting i was in town for"

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and house keeping was optional with staff taking our trash daily and replenishing towels, they were very friendly. The jacuzzi was comfortably hot and the pool nicely chilled for a cool off . Loved the ambiance of plants, etc. was lovely. However, there was only one luggage cart for the whole building and when checking out it was no where to be found. The front desk could not see it any where in the building so after 30 minutes...
