"No staff They just give you a room number a checkin code you come and go no one cares. Lift was not accessible the entire stay being in repair since years as per previous reviews Had to lift 2 23kg luggage bags to the 3rd floor. "Straight up, I didn’t stay here; I booked it for my 71 year old dad on a ski trip. He drank a beer in the raucous hotel bar where there was live music, was asleep by 10 when the music stopped and the lady that owned the place hugged him goodbye. Simply put, this night’s stay gave him more ammo for story telling than the previous 10 days. Outstanding."

"We stayed in the 2bedroom 2bathroom suite and it was amazing. Large space, clean, modern and welcoming. The place had nearly everything we needed. On our first day it was about 24degC outside and we could feel it inside, there was no A/C but for the rest of the week outside temps were only 18-20 so it was very comfy inside. They do provide fans. The TVs were massive however a big issue is none of them are smart TVs so there's no built in apps or even easy way to cast to them which made...

"The lodge was phenomenal! We had such a relaxing stay. The room was cozy with a beautiful view, and we loved the hot tub on the deck overlooking the lake. Breakfast was lovely and staff was so friendly and helpful! We will absolutely be back."
