Das geht gar nicht!
Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt zwei Zimmer gebucht. Gemäss Ihrer Ausschreibung sollte die Reception bis 23 Uhr geöffnet sein. Als wir kurz nach 20 Uhr ankamen, lag das Hotel im Dunkeln. Wir haben alle drei Telefonnummern (2x Handy, 1x Festnetz) angerufen - leider ohne Erfolg! Ein Ehepaar, welches im Hotel ein Zimmer belegte, teilte uns daraufhin mit, dass das Hotel BETRIEBSFERIEN habe. Sie riefen für uns die Hotelnummer an und der Anruf wurde entgegengenommen (vermutlich registriere Nummer als eingecheckte Gäste). Der Hotelier teilte uns daraufhin mit, dass sich sein Sohn umgehend mit uns in Verbindung setzen werde. Wir haben anschliessend nochmals mit zwei verschiedenen Handys auf sämtliche Nummern angerufen und Mitteilungen auf dem Anrufbeantworter hinterlassen. Auch unsere Textnachrichten blieben unbeantwortet. Wir mussten gegen 23 Uhr eine neue Unterkunft für uns und unsere 83jährige Mutter suchen! Ein absolutes No-Go dieses Verhalten! Wir verbringen pro Jahr 40 - 60 Nächte in Hotels, doch so etwas ist uns noch nie passiert! Zumindest eine Entschuldigung oder eine Rückmeldung wäre angebracht gewesen!

Jammer, maar niet meer voor ons!
Zeer warme zolderkamer (30°) ZONDER airco. Kleine dakraam kon niet opengezet worden wegens:
a) niet meer te verduisteren na opening;
b) muggenzift volledig in flarden, dus invasie van 100den muggen wegens bos- en waterrijke omgeving.
Dan maar met de kamerdeur open (!) geslapen, om toch een beetje koelte te krijgen...
Verder nog als opmerkingen:
- geen lift (kamer 2e verdieping => quid mensen die minder goed te been zijn?)
- schoonmaak van kamer was oké, maar langharig tapijt in kamer is moeilijk te reinigen en niet hygiënisch;
- zeer trage wifi.
Ontbijt: gewoon, zonder meer. Onpraktisch opstelling van buffet.
Conclusie: enkel de prijs (€ 120 p/nacht, incl. ontbijt) is op niveau van de op de gevel gepretendeerde 4 *.
