"This hotel is gorgeous! The photos don't do it justice. Everything faces the sea, the rooms, the dining room, the pool and of course the beach. We loved the beach with the chairs and umbrellas overlooking the Aeolian Islands. The beach has fist sized rocks that have been made smooth from the waves. They make a sweet crackling noise as the waves recede. I've never experienced that before. The owner went out of his way to find a relative in Caronia for my traveling partner. "We would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to enjoy the beautiful landscape of wine grapes and olive trees but in a very high end location with top notch service. The rooms and the property are well kept. There is a beautiful pool area and lovely little garden like areas. The breakfast buffet was 100x better than anything you would get at a standard US hotel. "A beautiful place surrounded by nature. The service is good, although it can sometimes feel a little disorganized. The rooms, however, offer poor value for money for a five-star hotel. At over €1,000 per night for a Deluxe Room, I expected a much higher standard. That said, the setting itself is absolutely stunning, and in my opinion, it is the most beautiful hotel in Cefalù."

"Very impressed with this resort. The rooms and great, pool is great. Food was fine and breakfast is a bit underwhelming but still meets expectations. Would stay again!"

"The hotel is within a large, quiet, green property with a lovely pool area. Staff were exemplary. When we had a minor medical situation to deal with the reception organized a visit from a local doctor and pharmacy deliveries. Restaurant staff - especially Vincenzo - were gracious, friendly and helpful. They easily accommodated gluten free requests. Well worth a stay."
