Nach ca 20 min kam die Chefin, die zuerst auch etwas ratlos wirkte…..wir bekamen dann unser Zimmer wie gebucht. Es war sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Wir konnten unser Abendessen auf der Terrasse einnehmen mit einem tollen Blick über das ganze Tal. Ein sehr kurzweiliger Service hat uns die anfänglichen Probleme schnell vergessen lassen. The room was cle, well maintained and comfortable with an ability to make tea/coffee which I find rare in France so far. I booked a bike through a 3rd party Dopamine rentals and I was helped to ensure my booking was in place and that a bike would be delivered. Staff were warm and friendly. "My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay at the Hotel Dontenville. The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and informative. We had one evening meal and two breakfasts'. We really liked the breakfast. The fresh baguette was awesome and the croissants melted in your mouth. If we return to the Alcase region, we will defiantly stay her again."
