"The hotel staff was very pleasant and a delight to work with they may have been slightly embarrassed by the appearance of the hotel. • Overhang canopy at the main entrance has electrical wires hanging that come in contact with delivery vehicles as they go under it’s very scary that a wire can actually hang on on a delivery vehicle and pull part of the ceiling down. "The entire experience was horrible. Rude staff who pushed me out in the morning without giving me a chance to speak. I was going to get another two nights out of pure need but it was so not worth it I literally went and slept outside on the ground and had a better time. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and they have roaches and bed bugs. "

"Carpet was old and needed replacement and cleaning. Quite smelly Once I mentioned to the front desk, they got maintenance on it and reported it to corporate. Needs some updates. Could not use the gym or pool area Gym smelled bad not cleaned though lots of housekeeping around and the pool water was and hot tub were merky. It was also insane that they were charging for unsecured parking that used to be free."

"Our room is shockingly awful. The appliances are dirty, primarily outside but I wouldn't use the microwave with a 10 foot pole. I always thought Hampton Inn and Suites was an upscale hotel. This looks like a Motel 6 or Super 8. I guess since it is pet friendly, it's assumed pet owners are dirty."

"It would help to dust the bathroom before guest arrive. Our bathroom shower was super dusty and there was food left behind in the mini fridge and a bitten apple under the chair"

"They over booked themselves and made us change rooms ever night with no warning. Just knocking on the door and “you all have to be out of this room in 15mins” was crazy and they were so so rude about it. Never offered anything to compensate us for the hassle. 3 different rooms. A different room each night. Crazy. We got so disorganized and lost so much stuff because of how they made us rush to vacate the room because of THEIR issues. No apologies. No thanking us for moving in 15 mins. No nothing...
