My room had ants, there was a corkscrew but no wine glasses, there was an empty paper towel roll in the galley kitchen, there were two soaking wet dish towels on the counter and no clean dish towels, anywhere. In the little living room, there were no lights. It was dark if you wanted to read or do you work, etc. The property was OK lots of places to walk which was nice."

But, weird creaking noise by showerhead, nasty feeling doornob, had poor patch/paint job of previous holes in wall, and the layout had a nook with luggage rack and ironing board oddly located where if anything fell from that nook it would land across the bed at head level which seemed like a weird and uncomfortable design choice. "The hotel was nice, the staff friendly. Did not have the breakfast. Parking was easy. I booked a king room with a Sofabed. My room did not have a Sofabed. The courtyard was nice. The pool area needs work. The hot tub had no bubbling just hot water. "

"We reserved a king room with accessible bathroom tub. Upon check in, the front desk person confirmed that we had a king room with accessible bathroom tub. We lugged in our bags, and laid down to rest, only to discover later that our bathroom was not only NOT wheelchair accessible, but it also had a stand up shower, no shower seat, no grip bars, and no room for the wheelchair. "

"We stayed in a spacious junior suite, which we really enjoyed. However, the room wasn’t well soundproofed, and we could hear highway noise at night. Overall, the room was clean, though the coffee machine could have been better maintained. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. Breakfast was fresh, and the location was very convenient. We would consider staying here again."

"The bathroom needed upkeep. Leaky faucet and barely any water pressure at the sink and in the shower. Housekeeping never came to our room during our stay. Had to call to get towels at the front desk in the evening. Rude staff member at the breakfast area rushing me away from coffee station to restock the creamers. Decent stay but nothing to write home about. "

"They gave our room away upon arrival and put us in a room with only one bed when we needed two beds, the room they put us in, had no working toilet and told us that they did not have an on-site maintenance staff to come and fix it or an available room to move us to, and the air-conditioning in our room was broken. The only thing good about this day was the front desk woman was sweet as can be! "
