"I was there for my birthday with family. We left right before daily cleaning. I did not put the sign “do not disturb” up so they can clean up the room and give us new clean towels. We can back around 6pm. The sign got handed up on our door and no clean that day. It was disaster!! Ohh well I wasn’t impressed. Overall it was a nice trip in Reno."

"This was our first time visiting the J Resort and from the minute we entered the beautiful newly remodeled casino to the time that we checked out 3 days later we could not think of one negative comment. The staff is amazing. We have been to many many casinos and the staff at the J Resort is without doubt the most helpful, kind and friendly staff that we have ever and we mean ever met. The buffet was excellent. The one suggestion that we would make on the buffet is NOT to overcook the chicken...
