"Tout était parfait; dès notre arrivée: accueil courtois et bienveillant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bien garni (fruits, yogourt, céréales, œuf (sous toutes ses formes), grande variété de pain et viennoiseries, etc. La chambre très propre et de bonne taille, avec un balcon avec vue sur la montagne. Parking privé. Aucun reproche. Excellent séjour. Merci."

"This was the first time staying in an Okko hotel and it will probably not be the last. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and the rooms were clean and practical for a one night stay. The water machines and free snacks were an added bonus and we would definitely give a score of 10/10 for the breakfast - good choice and variety and very healthy. As for location - almost next to the tram stop - so perfect for travelling to and from the airport."

"Nice spacious room. Housekeeping came everyday of my 5 night stay and towels replaced daily. Few mins walk to the tram and about 5mins to the main train station where you can get the train along the coast. Nothing around the area to eat is the only downside and have to head into centre which can become tiring after a long day of sightseeing! Would stay here again though."

"I would like more room cleaning. Also, they did provide good service and the front desk staff Anna and :Pierre were exceptional. Part of the reason I returned. Love the fact that I have a Little Studio and Ballons with kitchen! A big plus. Parking is very very hard to find. Thank you and definately I will return."

"The staff was VERY helpful in recovering my cell phone when it was lost in the taxi that took us from the hotel to the port to board our ship. They were also extremely helpful in picking us up from the airport and arranging for us to check in to a room early, which we badly needed. I could not say enough wonderful positive people who work at Novatel there, and how much I appreciated them finding my cell phone for me."

"Great location, a short 15mins walk from the airport. Small room but clean and comfortable bed. I arrived early (around 12pm) and managed to check in right away. The receptionist was very kind to store our luggage after checking out too."
