"Personnel très sympathique, surtout le Monsieur de l’équipe de nuit, professionnel et très serviable, qui se met en 4 pour rendre notre sejour plus agreable. Place de parking sécurisée, logement spacieux, je regrette juste que la clim ne puisse pas s’arrêter, moi qui la supporte mal (systeme centralisé). "An extremely enjoyable 3-days at this Residhome, the check-in staff were lovely (friendly, professional and multilingual) and gave me the quiet room that I’d requested. The studio itself was spacious, pristine and comfortable, plus the much appreciated good A/C in 40C. Location was also good, just a 15 minute pleasant walk along the harbour from the train and bus terminals and same into the city centre and Château. Ticked all my boxes, will certainly use again and recommend!"

"Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, great for transport and walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, etc. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and great amenities. 24 hour access to The Club, with soft drinks and snacks, plus the apreo was lovely and a thoughtful touch. Only one complaint, lighting in bathroom not adequate for either shaving or applying make-up. However wouldn't hesitate to return. We'll done team Okko Nantes!"
