"Terrible— sold our room prior to our arrival! We had 2 rooms booked and clicked pay upon arrival and they sold our rooms! We showed up to no rooms available and could not fit our party of 7 in a king bed that they tried to finally find when I was getting very unhappy as others were coming in behind me with rooms available and paying on the spot!"

"Hot tub closed off- unable to be used (which was one reason we booked the hotel)
>10 teenages/young adults in the room next to us partying until 430am, very loud, obnoxious, running down hallway, arguing, etc. Reported to staff at 1030pm, called front desk again at 230am (no answer). TV/wifi very slow, remote buttons hardly worked. Had to pay $5 parking as well? Still confused about that. Will never return. Too highly priced for this room for this many inconveniences."

"The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked."

"The Manager her service is unprofessional she treats customers especially black customers like trash , terrible customer service, house keepers makes alot of noise on the corridors in the morning without realizing some people work overnight shifts and need a rest in the morning , I would not recommend any one to stay longer maybe a night or two. We had to change the hotel because of terrible customer service."

"If you are going to use the amazing waterpark for your kids, it’s worth it for a night or two. The property itself however is terribly outdated and very few food offerings. Seems understaffed and the staff that exists to be low energy. Beds were uncomfortable . Cobwebs around the door frame on the outside . Funky moldy smell in the rooms. The workout facility is state of the art , with really nice amenities attached, but the sleeping part is nothing to get excited about ."
