Highly recommended accommodation

Excellent service and value for money, staff very friendly and great location. The beach was 2 minutes walk from gardens at the rear and a stunning sea view from the apartment. Would highly recommend

Ein einfaches, sauberes Apartment, genau das, was wir gesucht und uns erwartet haben. Unser Apartment war ebenerdig, mit kleiner Terasse und Meerblick. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und auch der Service hat gepasst. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin gab es über Whatsapp und Antowort kam immer schnell, bei diversesten Anliegen. Gerne wieder!

Das Appartement liegt direkt am Meer, gegenüber befindet sich eine super Bäckerei, generell bekommt man in dem Ort alles was man braucht. Fahrzeit nach Rethymnon ca. 15 min mit dem Auto. Ausstattung vom Appartement vollkommen ausreichend und ansprechend. Die Eigentümerin, Chis, ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.

Skøn beliggenhed og god atmosfære

Lækkert rent, meget imødekommende personale, super beliggenhed, stranden i baghaven, meget for pengene. Boede med familien (5 voksne, ni nætter ) i to lejligheder med god plads og havudsigt.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com ótimos restaurantes e super market na redondeza, sem precisar de transporte. Uma padaria maravilhosa bem na porta do hotel. Instalações excelentes com todas as comodidades para se preparar refeições no quarto. Limpíssimo e confortável. Pessoal muito prestativo e disposto a ajudar. E o melhor de tudo, na areia em praia maravilhosa. Gostei muito e recomendo.

Great affordable place to stay

Yiannis apt was a great place to stay and relax, with a very short walk to the beach. The apartment was always clean and the manager was easily reached if there were any issues. We would recommend it to our friends and family.

Nice hotel with a great location!

We stayed here in late June and are very pleased with our stay. The apartments are newly renovated and have a nice standard. Good beds, nice kitchenette with what you need and a nice little bathroom. The shower is not the largest but is typically Greek. There is air-conditioning included, a big plus. We had the apartment at the back. The advantage of these is that you get a more private balcony. The front has nice sea views but is more open to the neighbours. There is a bakery just across the road, and supermarket short distance from the hotel. About 100 meters from the hotel there is a nice beach with taverns who rent out sun beds. Price: 5-6 euros for two. Otherwise, the bus goes to Rethymnon just outside the hotel every half hour. Price: 1.30 euro per person! Taxi: approx. 11 euros. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Good value for the money

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Studio we had was clean, renovated, equipped with all necessary for cooking and dining at home. Supermarket withing 2 min walk. Water in the sea was warm, cristal clear. The owner was very accommodating, available if needed. Bus stop just a few meters away from the hotel. We rented a car though, and there were planty of free parking behind the hotel. Thank you for pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience from check in to check out. Garden in front of apartment leads directly to beach. Great value for our Greek holiday.

Das Hotel liegt ideal in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, zwei Supermärkten, einer Bäckerei und diversen Restaurants. Zudem liegt eine Busstation direkt davor. Die hoteleigenen Einrichtungen fallen nicht gerade üppig aus, da ich tagsüber aber sowieso unterwegs war, vermisste ich nichts. Mein Zimmer war zur Strassenseite hin ausgerichtet, was jedoch lärmmässig absolut kein Problem war. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und die Dusche entsprechend wirklich eng, ansonsten war das Zimmer aber geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sowohl die Chefin als auch die Angestellten sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel with the perfect location

We stayed in Yiannis apartments for just over a week and found that the apartments had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and if we needed help or information they Weee happy to hell. The location was amazing: The beach was only a minute away with a great beach bar, tavernas was just a stroll away, the busstop to Rethmenon was located right outside the hotel. Also the apartment had every facillity we wanted with good airconditioning, a well aquiped kitchen, comfy beds and a balcony with a veiw of the sea. All in all, we had a amazing stay!!

Crete - great location lovely apartment by sea

A great location close to the beach! This modernised very clean small apartment block has spacious apartment studio with sea views to the back (1.2,3,4) 1st floor - the large balcony has a lovely breeze and air con is free! The views of sea are fabulous (watch sunrise and sunset) very friendly owner and lovely cleaner ensure you have what you need. There is a medical centre( family doctor) next door! Very handy- pick up a card for emergencies .Bakery behind -try feta cheese spinach triangles mmm. Scirocco beach bar restaurant on beach in front of Long garden going down to beach is up market chillaxing at its best ! Comfy seating and food available.parking available on site - Yannis apartments have off road parking in car park at rear. There is also - a BBQ with free coals /lounge area undercover and seating also available next to well tended garden.this is somewhere to relax! Not rowdy! Very quiet with opportunity to be private and also say hi to international neighbours . Have a lovely relaxing time !

Top Lage

Super Anlage mit guter Lage etwas außerhalb von Rethymnon. Das Zimmer war riesig und sauber. Wenn der nächste Urlaub nach Kreta geht, dann auf jeden Fall wieder Yiannis Apartments.

Great apartments - with all you can need around

I cant say a bed word about my experience with staying at the Yiannis apartments. The lady of the house are very nice, always willing to help, friendly and welcoming. The "cleaning lady" is very nice to. She cleans apartments everyday - once we leave the dishes for washing it later, we got back at our studio and we saw that she clean it. That was so so nice of her. I never experienced that until now. I think that this is not her job to do, because people can take advantage of it, but its a really kind gesture.
