"Woke up to a parking ticket. There was no mention of having to pay for parking at check in. I found it odd that you would have to pay for parking at a conventional hotel where you park around the perimeter. The desk person was of no help."

"This place is great despite a couple of major draw backs. The shuttle situation needs to be revisited. Too many people due to the shuttle serving two Hyatt locations. The pool is also not heated.. Which everytime I've been leaves the water freezing cold and the hot tub is often down. Other than that, the breakfast is awesome and the place us spacious and clean."

"AC was off in the room when arrived and it was very hot took a few hors to cool off. Room was very tiny, I had to stand inside the shower to be able to close the bathroom door. Breakfast was very limited. The only whole food warm item was a disgusting, hard and crispy breakfast burrito. Bed was fine and I had no issues with staff."

"The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot and tasty. It is about a 15 minute shuttle drive away from the airport. Shuttle services are available free on site. Be sure to reserve your shuttle in advance."

"Breakfast was expensive and was less impressive than free buffets. Bloody Mary/coffee bar was not open until 11-confusing for an airport serving hotel. Slow service. Overall very disappointing for any Hilton"

"When we checked in and went to the room, we found the room to be unsatisfactory for what I think Embassy Suites would expect. The floor had stains on it, there was a hole in the carpet, the toilet had not been flushed. Really quite disappointed. The upset side was the staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast was quite good. Probably would not choose to stay at this particular Embassy Suites though"

"Staff was great. Price is amazing. Location next to Ruby Tuesday is phenomenal. Bus took us to airport which was great but on return flight we had to wait over an hour for the bus which was super inconvenient and had to just get a Lyft. Will stay again."
