"The Hyatt House is my new place to stay when I need to be by the airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are really nice. Breakfast is nothing special, but was ok. My only complaint is having to pay to park overnight. I understand paying for extended stay, but all the hotels in that area are doing it now. "

"New hotel. Great check-in; we received a room upgrade which I never get, so felt like we won the lottery. Drinks and dinner in the lobby bar were good. Free shuttle to/from DIA, every 30 minutes. Convenient to light rail station which we ended up using since we were running late for our flight and the trains run every 15min."

"Friendly staff, but accommodations match the price. Very thin walls and lukewarm shower. Beware if you’re taking the airport shuttle, you need to be on the RED pickup side, not blue. It was convenient once we figured that out, but there were no instructions prior to calling the hotel so we waited for an hour in the entirely wrong area."

"Hotel was great. Shuttle was a bit run down (like mold from water damage and exposed internal parts of the frame). But it might be contracted. Also it for us where we were going so, no bother. The warm cookie was delish!"

"Nothing was working. The pool was closed, the elevator was broken, there were no signs directing guest to the stairs or to the fact that the elevator was broken. The tub in my room did not hold water. The air conditioner did not work and the hair dryer didn’t work. Literally the only things that worked were the TV the lights and the sink. "
