"Very nice hotel"

"The room was generally clean and fine for the most part. The refrigerator did give off a loud humming noise in my room (#216). the staff could’ve been more forthright and transparent about the cost for the airport shuttle I called the property prior to booking to inquire about the shuttle details & timings but the staff did not disclose any fees. The information on Expedia lists it as a, ‘surcharge’, but not the exact amount. when I rode inbound, the driver asked for my name, and explained...

"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"

"Messaged the hotel a week prior to checking in to see if a possible slightly earlier check in would be possible, only to receive a response a day before the trip basically a copy and paste of the hours of checking in and shuttle times. No acknowledgment of my actual question. Plans had ended up changing and the person that was traveling with me, my mother, ended up staying home. "The breakfast was great. The sink in the bathroom of our room keep letting out dirty water and made the room smells terribly."
