"We thought the place was ok, but it took a long time to check in, then the next morning I went to take a shower and while waiting at least 10 minutes for the water to get hot, I looked for the blow-dryer, only to find out there wasn't one. Had to look up the number to the front desk, as there wasn't a link on the phone, in the room, and they told me I had to get it at the front desk. I asked if he could bring it to my room, and he did, but what a hassle. Wouldn't stay there again."

"My kids and I love the Tru hotels. This one is super close to the Denver airport but we still based our weekend trip to Boulder from here. There are restaurants, a Starbucks and Sprouts market just down the street. Love how clean the room was - the white bedding, the hard floors with no carpet or rugs anywhere, mini fridge for drinks and leftovers, squeeze bottle shampoo/conditioner/soap rather than those wasteful single use ones. Breakfast is included and the only bummer for my kids was that...

"Very convenient for a one night stay"

"We had an 11 hour layover at midnight which I did not want to spend the night in the Denver airport. This was very close by , very clean , new and perfect for our quick night stay!! The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient too. I would definitely recommend this. 👍"

The pool was so cold my kids couldn't swim. We specifically choose the hotel for the heated pool. When I asked them to warm it they blew me off. Overall I was disappointed and didn't feel this hotel lived up to the Marriott standard in any way except the breakfast. "
