"Although we rated each section of this review with an excellent, we gave the hotel an overall good rating. This is because a third party company “owns” the parking lot and charges customers for parking. I doubt this is for security purposes and am pretty sure that the hotel is making a kick back from it. It is too bad that the tip for the housekeeping staff ended up going to this paid parking."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Denver! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The receptionist who welcomed me was absolutely outstanding. I unfortunately forgot her name, but she had glasses and long black hair. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her exceptional customer service really stood out and set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. I can’t say enough good...
