"The airport shuttle never showed. I called multiple times and they told me they should be there soon. I ultimately waiting 2 hours and another hotel shuttle ended up seeing me 2-3 times and took me. The hotel staff didn’t care."

"The room wasn't clean at all, the floors were dirty and also the bathroom. The linens and towels were clean. This is a new hotel, last time we stayed here we couldn't get any hot water out of the shower, we just put it down to newbie, problems. This time we couldn't get hot water at all, barely warm. The Electric charging bays have all been knocked down and the copper stripped from the charges, none of them were in use. This was a nice hotel when it opened and now it looks like its 20 years...
