"It’s ok but a bit basic. No Tv or AC"

"Great location"

"Fantastic all around. Tip: there are two menus for dinner, so if you're only staying for two nights, keep that in mind when you're choosing! "

"difficult to access "

"If you'd like to stay in a very quiet place (retreat) with excellent service and delicious food, this is your place."

"Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...

"I've never had a check-in be so easy - they checked the entire group in (all of the people that came in on the boat) simultaneously within minutes. The property is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly, the tour guides really know their stuff, and the food is incredible. Would highly recommend!"

"Fabulous stay at Miss Junie’s Stayed there a full week Room was spacious with comfortable bed and bedding Large shower with hot water a bonus Housekeeping was well done Veranda was lovely to sit on during evening Property is large with good sized pool Location at north end of town so less noisy than in town. Daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious Staff were the best part of stay - assistance with arranging excursions. Victor was always there with a smile. We would absolutely return"

"Ac is a must! Fortunately they provide an extra fan but with the heat and humidity it’s not enough. Need more closet space or drawers"

"The staff was AMAZING and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy!"

"Cool hotel with great staff, very enjoyable."

"9/10!! Great staff. Good breakfast. Amazing views from the deck. Conveniently located downtown Tortuguero. The tour guide, Luis, we had was great. I highly recommend Casa Marbella, and their tours!"

"It was a really nice basic motel where the staff were very friendly. It had what we needed as a family of 6."

"Beautiful gardens and excellent breakfasts! Close to the town and right on the beach. We really enjoyed the pool!"

"Nice rooms, staff were nice, nice bar and pool area"

"Brilliant hotel in a great beach-front location. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was very good. The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful, particularly Leo who was regularly ensuring that we were happy with everything. Breakfast is made to order to suit your preferences and was very tasty. Nice hammocks to relax in. The staff even took our luggage to the dock for us"

"Excellent staff and amazing tours. Hotel is located in a convenient spot close to town center but in a very quiet area near the beach. Tour guides Warren and Luis are incredible. Any tour with them is recommended. Natalia and Will at the fest are helpful and really great."
