"Very clean and historic hotel in a great location to all the sites and attractions in the area. Very helpful English speaking staff. Parking is challenging if serving by car. Various underground car parks are tricky to find and not always available for the hotel discounted rate."

"Dafür das es ein neu eröffnetes Hotel ist, wirkt es jetzt schon abgenutzt. Dreckiger Teppichboden im Zimmer, Mini Bad, kein Schrank, nicht besonders sauber. Das Frühstück von der Auswahl eher wenig. Viel junges Personal, zwar sehr nett aber eben nicht professionell. Würde dort kein Zimmer mehr buchen. Schade"

"Ok, this hotel is far from the old town and everything you want to see but next to train station. The rooms are more Ikea than chic . When we first got to the hotel by taxi there was no one there so you have to take elevator to lobby floor. No bell boy and you need to figure things out on your own. The room cleaning was not good at all. The towels were all over the place the beddings were not done. We didn’t understand the total lack of service. The one highlight was the breakfast buffet. "A unique setting in a beautiful area. The hotel is located right next to the Rhine River in a scenic location where the river moves rapidly with a soothing sound. The view also includes a small island that is a pedestrian park. The surrounding historic center city is well preserved and gives you a real feeling for what the area looked like in the Middles Ages. Furnishings are dimple but comfortable. The hotel restaurant is good, but expensive, and there are many other dining choices nearby. The...
