"We booked for a 22 m2 studio especially because we wanted a kitchen and a balcony and when we get there we were given a 15 m2!? room with only a bed and bathroom. When we realized the situation we demanded our booked room and they explained that there was a mixup and they didn’t have any other room other than the one they gave us.
