"Great find. Would love to stay again in the Summer and explore the grounds. Natalie was so welcoming, helpful, nothing was too much of a problem. Mike/Mick (night porter) was also friendly and helpful. Great view from dining room over the gardens. We had a four poster bed but found it uncomfortable. The bedroom was lovely and the spa bath was great. A short walk to the High Street where there were a number of pubs if you didn't want to stay in the hotel. "

My experience with the hotel was very good but my experience with hotels.com not good at all. I booked a pay on arrival at the hotel but 3 days beforehand the fee was taken from my bank account to pay a hotel with the same name, but 250 miles away. "Room was very clean, comfy bed. Staff were friendly. The access to the spa facilities was great, the swimming pool was a decent length and good temperature. We enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast in the onsite restaurant. "
