"Although this hotel is billed as a 5 star hotel, it falls short on many levels. First the service. There is a corporate feel to how the hotel is managed. Staff seemed stressed and angry, not helpful. Simply getting a towel for the pool or spa was cumbersome. One towel was allotted per person. If ..."
