Ao chegar no hotel por volta das 23:00h, e após viajar mais de 12h, o recepcionista fez o check-in e nos deu a chave do quarto 233. Ao abrirmos a porta do quarto, nos deparamos com a cama toda revirada e banheiro sujo, ou seja, a camareira não limpou o quarto. Relatei o problema e nos passaram para o 338. Segundo o recepcionista, a ficha onde as camareiras anotam os quartos que limparam, constava o 233 como limpo.
