"Other than the ice machine having issues no complaints. It v was across the street v from the mall which is a plus"

"Bed was comfortable. AC did not work until manager came and unplugged it and plugged it back in to reset it. Cord was hidden under carpet. Took the towels after the first night even though we hung them up but never brought fresh. The hallway carpet was stained and very dirty. Breakfast area was very basic. One carafe of coffee that always seemed to be empty. Spills on the floor right in front of the elevator that patrons had to walk around but the staff did too. It was an ok stay for two nights but the facility could use a lot of updates."

"Perfect for quick stop after dropping our son off at UR. Room was clean, shower was great, breakfast had many options and price was affordable. "

"I felt that the Hotel is very safe & in a very convenient location for everything The only issue was that the ice machine on the third floor needs to be fixed. Everything else was great. Great breakfast with really great waffles. "
