Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and bed was soooo comfy. People were enjoying the game area and bar. We had a nice breakfast before leaving. Area was clean and lots of nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Would highly recommend!

We found the bed very comfortable. No shampoo, coffee, etc. but we were just there to sleep before catching our plane.
