We had to use stairs To go down to lobby from 11 th floor twice during a 1 night stay! Although great location I would not return due to the poor crowd management and elevators!"

"I recently had a three-day convention at the Javits Center and chose Arlo, sight unseen and with no other recommendations from anyone I know. The location was terrific! Very short walk to Javits and Times Square/Broadway. While the room was NYC small, it was modern and clean. I was pleasantly surprised that I heard no noise given the proximity to the elevators and other rooms in what seemed to be a full hotel. Additionally, I was super happy to have the excellent coffee shop attached. The coffee and the service was great there, also. I will be back!"
