I booked this hotel for two nights (separate), and the reservation was listed as non-refundable online. The location was very convenient for me because it was close to my destination, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, after staying for only one night, I could not stay any longer because of the poor and dirty condition of the hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the overall environment was not what I expected based on the booking information. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided to leave after only one night, even though I had already paid for two nights. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The convenient location was a positive, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition made the stay very unpleasant. I would not stay here again unless the hotel makes significant improvements.

The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately I had put in a request to be on the first floor due to my mobility, however they put me on the second floor in the middle of the hall. The staff did help when I requested, so in all that was a plus.

Everything was moldy. The pool was closed when it was supposed to be open. The door to our room would not shut completely and they would not move us to a new room. They would not give us an extra blanket even though our air conditioner was broken and would not turn off in our room was freezing. The breakfast that is included with your stay was just a couple slices of bread and some stale cereal with some cold coffee and lukewarm juice and milk.

Was not happy with this hotel when we got there the pool was not able to be used. It was empty. The breakfast area has no breakfast at all. If you’re just looking for a night to sleep that’s all then it’s OK but nothing else is good for this.

Great place to stay the night. Property was well kept for a budget place. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. It is very close to Kings Dominion Park. It also included a small breakfast. I would stay again in the future.

I booked 2 rooms Saturday Aug 1st 2026 As soon as I walked in I seen 2 cockroaches on the AC unit, 1 adult and 1 baby. For the 2nd room my brother inlaw found cockroaches in the bathroom. We left the rooms and turn in the key cards, I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. It says its a hotel online but looks like a low budget motel.

Besides not having a trash can in our room, the floors were filthy and made our feet black. Bed was very comfortable. Thank goodness I’m tech savvy, because the tv wasn’t working until I switched the input. Air conditioning was also off when we entered the room and took a couple hours to cool the room. It’s definitely what you pay for.

This place needs a lot of work. I know it’s not a Hilton or Marriott however, I have stayed at plenty of Days Inn and it was nothing like this one. Outside is poorly maintained, the room smelled extremely moldy, and I woke up to roaches In the bath tub! We were traveling and just needed a few hours of sleep and this was the closest thing. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Our door would not lock, the AC in the room was leaking, and the bathroom door was unable to be closed because it was broken off of its hinges. There were people fighting outside our room for a good 3 hours and we were unable to sleep. There were also bodily fluids outside near our room.

We did not see any cockroaches or insects inside the room, which was a positive. However, the property needs a significant amount of maintenance. The pool was closed and appeared to have stagnant water in it. The exterior of the hotel looks neglected, there is a walkway/passage leading to the rooms that appears to be in very poor condition and feels unsafe, as if it could potentially be collapsing or giving way. The area felt unsafe, and there is very little around the hotel. Because of that, we did not feel comfortable going back outside after checking in. The AC filter could also use better cleaning and maintenance. Overall, the room itself was acceptable, but the property’s exterior condition and the surrounding area need major improvements. From the outside, the hotel looks almost abandoned and gives a poor first impression.

Stayed two days bad experience 1st they hold 50.00 dollars in incident fees that's not listed on website. Door to the room was hard to open and hard to close. The hotel room was dirty had hair all over the room and bed. Booked for two people and only received one wash cloth and towel. The refrigerator was dirty and hair in it as well. The pool was out of order. They also had limited breakfast options The staff was nice but the whole stay was just bad

No light in the bathroom. They were aware of this because without telling them, I was asked at checkout if it was still not working. Bugs, mold, lobby ceiling has holes through it from water damage. Stained sheets. Breakfast options are cereal or a slice of bread. It was "worth it" for the price of the stay? But would not return.
