"The room was clean, however the couch and bed were very comfortable. The elevators only half worked and it seemed very unsafe to ride at times. People were slamming doors and children were running up and down the halls screaming and yelling. The experience was the worst we have had overall compared to our other trips. "

When we entered the room, the cleanliness was clearly below standard. The floor was sticky, there were dried alcohol on the nighstand, and there were hairs around the toilet. After taking the shower, condensation on the bathroom mirror revealed writing said « that room smells like hot dog water » We were too tired to request a room change late at night, so we stayed anyway. However, the condition of the room and the reception experience were both well below ehat we could reasonably expect from a hotel."

"The staff was really non present and not outgoing to talk to. The lobby was not clean and had trash laying around. For a non smoking hotel the whole hotel smelled of smoke. The room was clean enough but the floors had not been deep cleaned and right after the shower walking around my feet were black again and i had to wipe in bed just to be clean to go to sleep. Will not stay here again. "

"Arrived after a four hour drive from out of state, to see a sign advising reservations cancelled after walking through the door. No email, text, or phone call to advise prior to arrival, no attempting to accommodate until alternative lodging is secured, not even another hotel within the brand was suggested. Extremely terrible experience with this hotel chain."

Some said they had been waiting in excess of an hour for a ready room. And, while I didn't really need it, the stove did not work in my room and I heard other guests share that their kitchen appliances did not work either."
