Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us. Travelers coming for events at the Henrico Sports & Event Center should think twice and inspect everything before unpacking. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum."
