"Over priced. Carpeting old, rooms with outlets that done work. Dirty linens. Rooms not serviced even after being out all day, returning to a dirty room. Would have had a better stay at another hotel. Parking was $30 a day."

"The breakfast wasn’t the best but our room was great. The proximity of the hotel to the Allianz Amphitheater was ideal. We walked to the show. The area was nice. Didn’t feel unsafe once! We will most definitely be coming back to Richmond and staying here again!"
